Here is Easy recipe to prepare spicy, yummy white radish pickle which is most popular in our Nepalese society. Radish pickle is most popular pickle which could be served at any occasion.
White radish as per you need, mustard oil, red chilli powder, chopped green chilies, mustard seed, Turmeric, salt, fenugreek.
To prepare yummy radish pickle firstly, fry mustard oil and mill it in a mixer. After that, chopped radish horizontally in equal size and put it on a steel utensils, add salt and leave it for 1 hour and remove water from chopped radish and put it on white paper or place it on sun rays. After being completely wet, add turmeric powder, mustard seed powder, red chilli powder, salt, and mix it well with your hand for few minutes.
Next, heat pan in medium heat and put oil after 1 minute add fenugreek chopped green chilli and fry it well for 2 minutes and put ingredients in radish spicy. Mix it well with your hands. Taste it once if some spicy is missing. Now, spicy radish pickle is ready to serve. You could enjoy with your friends and family.
