This is a delicious variation of routine Chinese fried rice in which paneer cubes are added and sautéed along with other spices and veggies. The secret of making restaurant like paneer fried rice at home lies in using moisture free cooked rice because moisture in freshly made steamed rice will cause it to steam instead of fry.

Here are the necessary ingredients to make yummy Paneer Fry Rice: steamed rice or left over rice, paneer, tomatoes, chopped green chilli, carrot, onion, green peas, red chilli powder, salt, cumin seeds, soya sauce, tomato ketchup and sunflower oil.

Now, let's begin. First heat pan and add oil. Once oil is hot fry paneer till it is little red. In the same oil crackle cumin seed and then add onion as it is little red in colour. Then add peas, carrot, green chilli and cook for while till carrot is cooked.

Then, add paneer and tomatoes as well. Cook it for min then add salt, red chilli powder, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and stir it well. Now add steamed rice and give a good mix. Fry it for mins then your yummy fry recipe is ready to be served.
